Getting Started
How do I register a new organization?
Go to the Organization Registration page and complete the multi-step form. You will need your organization's legal name, EIN, address, phone number, email, and at least one supporting document. The registration also creates the initial admin user with a strong password. Once submitted, the organization enters the approval queue and can be approved by a Super Admin.
What is the approval process after registration?
After submission, the organization status is set to PendingVerification. A Super Admin reviews the organization details and supporting documents. You can monitor status from the Organization Status page. Once approved, the organization becomes Active and can launch campaigns, manage users, and request withdrawals.
How do I connect Stripe to my organization?
During organization registration, set your payment processor to Stripe. If you already have a Stripe Connect account, enter your Stripe Account ID. Otherwise leave it blank and complete the onboarding flow after approval. The platform uses Stripe to process donations, handle payouts, and verify identity for compliance.
What is the Stripe verification process?
Stripe Connect onboarding asks for business details, banking information, and identity verification. The exact requirements depend on your organization type and country. You will see a Stripe onboarding status in your organization settings. Some actions, like launching campaigns or withdrawing funds, may be limited until verification is complete.
Accounts & Access
How do I add or edit organization users?
Org Admins can manage users from the Users page. Use Add User to invite team members with a role of Admin, Editor, or Reader. Editors can manage campaigns; Readers can view reports and campaign data. You can edit user details or deactivate accounts from the actions menu.
What do the different user roles mean?
Admins have full access to organization settings, users, campaigns, reports, and withdrawals. Editors can create and manage campaigns and view reports. Readers can view campaigns and reports but cannot make changes. Super Admins have platform-wide oversight across all organizations.
How do I reset my password?
Use the Forgot Password link on the login page. Enter the email associated with your account and you will receive password reset instructions. Follow the link to create a new password. If you do not receive the email, check spam or contact support.
Campaigns
How do I launch a new campaign?
From the dashboard or Campaigns page, select New Campaign. Fill in the campaign title, story, goal amount, dates, and imagery. Save as draft or submit for approval. Once approved by a Super Admin, the campaign becomes active and can receive donations.
What is the campaign approval process?
New campaigns start in PendingApproval status. A Super Admin reviews the campaign content for compliance and completeness. You will receive a notification when the campaign is approved or if changes are needed. Only Active campaigns are visible to donors and eligible for QR code sharing.
Donations & Donors
How does donor registration work?
Donors can register from the Sign Up page or during their first donation. The system checks whether the email already exists and whether there is donation history. Returning donors may use a magic-link verification flow. New donors set a password during registration.
How do I process a refund?
Refunds must be requested through the platform and are subject to review. Eligibility depends on campaign status, timing, payment network rules, and platform policy. Approved refunds are processed through Stripe. The Reports page includes a Reversals and Adjustments report for tracking refunded donations.
How do I download or print receipts?
Tax receipts and donation records are available from the Reports page. Use the Tax Receipt Register report to generate a CSV of receipt-ready donations for a selected date range. You can also view individual donation records from the Donations page. The CSV can be opened in any spreadsheet application for printing.
Financials
How does the withdrawal process work?
Withdrawals are available for Closed campaigns after a settlement period. The Withdrawals page shows eligible campaigns, available amounts, fees, and the date funds become available. Submit a withdrawal request and the funds are transferred to your connected bank account through Stripe.
How do I run reports?
Go to the Reports page and select a report type: Organization Year Summary, Campaign-Level Report, Tax Receipt Register, Reversals and Adjustments, or Donor Contribution Summary. Enter date ranges and campaign filters as needed. Run the report and preview the results. CSV reports can be downloaded for offline analysis.
